Our Introductory Maintenance Package includes weekly support to allow you the freedom to make changes as you need them without the hassle and time commitment.  Our affordable service packages allow you the flexibility to focus on your customers while keeping your website relevant.  Services include:

Text: Additions or deletions to existing pages

Photos: Additions, deletions and basic retouching

Standard Email Support: Help with e-mail set-up, etc.

Navigation: Basic navigational changes (add, move or delete an item in the navigation)

Links: Additions and deletions

Frequency of Updates: Once a Week

Number of Updated Items Allowed Per Week: Five

Turn-around Time: 5 Business Days

Membership Fee: $50/month (contract required)  

The following services are available at an additional rate of $50/hr:

Color and Background Images: Changes / replacements

File Downloads: Additions / deletions of documents

Web Pages: Additions / deletions using existing webpage design

Forms: Layout and integration (limited to forms not requiring database integration)

Flash: Text only changes and basic photo replacement in Flash animation

Audio / Video: Insertion / Deletion of pre-edited audio or video clips

E-Commerce: Updates and addition of new products
